Theme licence

DRAFT. This document is a placeholder, not legal advice and not in effect. It must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch.

Per-store licence

Intent: each licence covers one Shopify store. TODO: development/staging stores, transfers.

Updates

Intent: library subscribers receive updates while subscribed; single-theme buyers receive 12 months of updates, with an optional renewal.

No kill-switch

Intent: if a licence lapses, updates and support stop. The theme is never remotely disabled on a live store.

Restrictions

TODO: resale, redistribution, use in other theme products.

Fonts and third-party assets

Fonts bundled with this site are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. TODO: list third-party assets shipped in themes.
